VOGA is Fitness and Fashion fused with Yoga and Dance, mixing Breath Synchonized Movement with Stylised Body Talk.

1/ VOGA SLOW - We'll ease in with the root
chakra and leg focused workout.
Colour RED
A slow sultry session to 80s and house beats to
introduce you to the basics of VOGA. Strong pyramid/triangular
shapes and bases that allow you to open up while grounding and
supporting the body. A chance to truly express feminine power and
demonstrate the endurance of the fashion pose on a scientific level
with a physiological effect on the body.
2/ VOGA POWER - BOOTY WORKOUT
COLOUR - PURPLE
A strong soundtrack of diva classics to allow you to power your moves with strength, belief and confidence. Expect some challenging balancing poses and twists so set your intentions high. The Grace Jones flow will make an appearance here.
3/ VOGA CLASSIC - HIP FLEXIBILITY
COLOUR PEACH
80s classics including Voodoo Ray and Diana Ross - Introduces you to classic VOGA moves - one not to miss so you can Queenie and VOGA Xpress like a pro.
4/ VOGA CORE - ABS WORKOUT
COLOUR YELLOW
Diva and House Beats including Candi Staton and Azari III - Ups the focus on Vogue style. Breath synchronised movement with fierce arm moves and co-ordination comes into its own.
5/ VOGA FLEX - ARMS
COLOUR AQUAMARINE
Deep House working deeper into your body and soul including Bicep and Sugardaddy - This is a strong flow and is designed to increase flexibilty and challenge your body. For everyone but advisable to do a VOGA session pre this one.
6/ VOGA FLOW - BACK & SHOULDERS
COLOUR BLUE
As the name suggests, a flowing sessions that allows you to go with the flow Madonna style and let your inhibitions go. You'll disappear into a soundtrack of dreamy disco and harmonic highs.
7/ VOGA XPRESS - HEADSPACE/ FULL BODY
COLOUR MULTI-COLOURED
A high energy performative VOGA session set to a live
DJ and a mash up of new and classic VOGA moves you've experienced
throughout the Method. Check your body at the door and strike a
pose for female empowerment and a celebration of the
feminine.

It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
